This house was coastal stunner! A large property a couple of blocks from a Connecticut beach, the coastal charm and colonial character was built into the solid architecture and gorgeous millwork. Yes…there were secrets to uncover that cost a pretty penny, but we upleveled the overall feel and style with mostly refreshed design elements. A natural stone fireplace surround and a driftwood inspired mantel fit perfectly with the fresh floors, and updated sea glass and salt white color scheme. And, in the basement? A major surprise for this fun loving family…an extra comfy living space and a tiki themed bar with custom live edge top!
