Episode 5: “Rustic Barn Turned Timeless Retreat”

A stone foundation is the start of something wonderful. In this case, it was the source of majorly destructive issues AND incredibly exciting inspiration! The old barn outbuilding on this expansive property in rural Maryland was the perfect opportunity for a legacy renovation to keep family close by in style. With a tight budget, the wishlist was daunting, and with a wedding scheduled immediately upon completion, the time restraints were rigid. In the end, the striking modern farmhouse style of this historic barn fit perfectly within the stunning landscape, and is sure to be a gathering spot for this close knit family for years and years to come! And, it happens to be a reflection of my personal style!
