For 20 years, this family of 3 (plus Shaggy the dog!) have lived in their dream neighborhood, near a lovely lake in Mahwah, NJ. But…they’ve lived with probems. An addition with a two car garage and a living room where they spend most of their time has suffered from a sinking foundation for years, and the layout of their laundry room, powder room and office were a constant headache. It was quite a puzzle to figure out the best way to maximize space and functionality after we restructured the entire foundational slab! But, we did it! They’re now able to enjoy a lakeside lodge lifestyle in comfort and security.
