Episode 4: “A Vexing Victorian”

A historic American Foursquare Victorian in the idylic neighborhood of Haddonfield, NJ called to this couple and their beautiful blended family. I swooned over every element of this project! There was no shortage of charm, character and inspiration, but time had not been friendly to the exterior, and structural issues were easy to uncover. Additional challenges popped up under the floors, inside the walls, and between the two clients, but all with tremendous love and care. The project prevailed, and the end result is a stunning transformation, rich with color and drenched with sunlight, that holds up to the history of the home and is sure to delight the family for generations.
